She currently uses a credit system to make sales to the residents in her area and to company employees. She and her customers agree on a form a payment and good financial indicators. This is Rosiris's third loan with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, an organization with which she has been connected for three years. With her loans, she has managed to increase both her working capital and her customers' coverage. She has also been able to diversify her sales items. Rosiris's main challenge is that of working capital, which is still insufficient to dramatically increase her customer base. That is why she is turning to a credikiva loan, with which she will stock up on merchandise for Mother's Day, like bedspreads, women's clothing, wallets, footwear, cosmetics, etc.
