Elza

Elza nació en el distrito de Caicay de provincia de la Paucartambo del departamento del Cusco, ella tiene 55 años edad y tiene cuatro hijos, actualmente ella vive en la comunidad donde nació. Elza y su esposo Rómulo tienen un taller de estructuras metálicas y soldadura. Ya son tres años que se dedica al negocio y le va muy bien gracias al empeño que le pone en su trabajo. Con su próximo préstamo, Elza requiere el préstamo para comprar materiales como por ejemplo lijas, fierros, pintura, masilla, etc.

Elza pertenece al banco comunal “Mamacha del Carmen” de la Asociación Arariwa. El banco comunal esta en el tercer año de funcionamiento y les va muy bien.
