La señora Valeria es una clienta antigua de la institución y ha mostrando buena voluntad de pago y un trato amable y Cortez en la evaluación que se le hizo, La clienta realiza la venta de edredones y frazadas los días sábados y domingos en la populosa zona de la 16 de julio de el alto-Bolivia. Empieza su labor al rededor de las 17:00 entregando estos productos a crédito a los locales de fiestas que por esta zona abundan y al siguiente día recoge el pago de estas ventas realizadas, de lunes a viernes ella trabaja como costurera de edredones para una microempresa privada al rededor de 5 años, por lo cual la señora Valeria cuenta con la experiencia para emprender esta nueva actividad, el conyugue es empleado en una empresa de embutidos por lo cual aporta al ingreso familiar. el dinero del credito es para la compra de tela ya que la Señora Valeria desea confeccionar edredones para poder vender, Es sacrificado el esfuerzo que ellos realizan para tener mejores condiciones de vida, el mayor sueño de la familia es llegar a tener un patrimonio estable y que sus hijos lleguen a tener una carrera profesional, por lo que se esfuerzan en lograrlo día a día.
