Thomas, age 32, is married to Jastiner who is also in business and together they have two children aged three and four. He operates a retail shop where he sells items like cakes, detergents, tea leaves, sugar, maize and wheat flour, and rice among other food items. He has been running this business for eight years and he finds the business profitable.
This is the first loan he is getting with KADET and he intends to use it to buy 10 bales of wheat flour, 220 Kgs of salt, 10 bales of Maize flour.
He wishes that his business would grow such that he would open a supermarket in the future.
