Vestine is 30 years old and has two children who are ages 3.5 and 2 years old. They are not yet in school. Her husband is a farmer but also buys and sells different items according to the available market. Vestine owns a shop but also has a milling machine. She has been doing both businesses for 16 years. She is requesting a loan to buy another milling machine in order to make more profits. She plans to save all her profits and make more savings in order to have enough to build her family a house.
