Maria Lourdes tiene 45 años, es madre soltera con un hijo a su cargo. Desde hace mas de 5 años que se dedica a este negocio, por lo que sus inicios son con esfuerzos propios, pues desde muy joven su Mama le enseño a ganarse la vida con la venta y elaboración de rosquillas, ya que ha sido un negocio de familia, pues le tenía que ayudar a su Mama a vender estos productos es por eso que lucha todos los días para darle esa oportunidad a sus hijos, a pesar de las difíciles situaciones que ha enfrentado sigue con esta actividad. Ella invertirá el financiamiento en leña, maíz, queso, cuajada, huevo, canela, mantequilla, leche entre otros productos indispensables. Sueña con mejorar su vivienda, pues todavía no tiene ciertos servicios básicos.
