RAMATA T. intends to use her loan to buy 500 kg of sweet peas at the main central market of Sikasso. The peas are resold for cash at the bus station, at the market of SANOUBOUGOU I, and at the house. The customer base is composed of women and men.

She envisions making an average monthly profit 110,000 francs CFA that will be used for repaying the loan and for day-to-day family expenses.

Les neufs membres du groupe KELENYA sont toutes mariées avec une moyenne d’âge de 45 ans, et en moyenne 3 enfants. Elles vivent la plupart dans des familles polygames à SANOUBOUGOU I un des quartiers de la ville de Sikasso 3ème région administrative du Mali.
Elles sont à leur huitième collaboration avec l’institution de microfinance Soro Yiriwaso afin de satisfaire le besoin de leur clientèle, les prêts passés ont été correctement remboursés. RAMATA T. compte acheter avec son prêt 500 Kg de pois sucré au grand marché central de la ville de Sikasso. Le pois sucré est revendu à la gare routière, au marché de SANOUBOUGOU I et en famille à une clientèle composée d’hommes et de femmes, au comptant.
Elle envisage réaliser un bénéfice mensuel moyen de 110.000FCFA qui sera utilisée rembourser le prêt et pour les dépenses quotidiennes de la famille.

Soro Yiriwaso is a microfinance institution that works primarily in rural and semi-urban areas of Mali to provide underprivileged communities with access to financial services.The organization facilitates access for disadvantaged clients, particularly women, to new resources and services, fostering solidarity and cooperation among its clients. Kiva lenders’ funds will enable Soro Yiriwaso to expand its outreach and target even more underserved Malians involved in business and agriculture.
