Augustus M. M., 40, is married and has three children aged between 10 years old and 3 months old. He and his wife hope to give them good education to the university level.
His business is located in the busy industrial area in Nairobi and he is served by the Kitengela branch. He runs a cleaning services business and it is well known as Starton Enterprises.
The business serves homes, offices and factories in the area. He has been in this business for nine years now and has provided employment to nine people. He says that this business is profitable and the only major challenge he has is financial constraints. Thus buying modern cleaning machines becomes a challenge to him.
However, he works very hard to keep his business doing well. He is using his loan of KES 80,000 to buy detergents and modern cleaning machines to provide better services to his clients.
He sees himself owning modern machines for cleaning carpets and upholstery, and he hopes eventually to provide cleaning services in other towns in Kenya.
He describes himself as professional and determined.
