Svay P., one of these people, currently depends on selling fish at the busy local market. She sells fish that she either gets from her husband’s fishing or buys from her wholesale supplier. Svay P. is a mother blessed with three school-aged children. Svay P. has requested a loan to purchase a second motorcycle for picking up her fish to sell because her old motorcycle has broken down. With the rest of her loan, she will plant potatoes.
