Esther es separada y tiene 3 hijos en edad escolar, Esther es integrante de la alcancía comunal “ El futuro del Mañana” grupo conformado por 7 socios que se dedican a actividades de comercio, Esther se dedica a la venta de pollos y aves desde hace 3 años este negocio surge a raíz de su divorcio, ya que ella necesitaba mejores ingresos económicos para mantener a sus hijos y es así que gracias a su esfuerzo y dedicación a logrado brindarles una mejor calidad de vida , tiene su local propio y sus hijos hoy en día tienen una buena educación. Esther nos cuenta que desea seguir creciendo como empresaria y comprarse otro terreno. El préstamo que se le otorgo fue para comprar mercadería para implementar su negocio.
