Kourch S., 26, is married and resides in Takeo province, Cambodia, an area known for Pre-angkorean temples. S. sells groceries, earning an income of about USD 4 per day. Her husband is employed at the garment factory, earning an income of USD 3 per day. Each month, the family has to spend USD 25 on food and USD 30 on the other necessary expenses. S. is requesting a loan of USD 600 to purchase cows to resell. This will be her first loan from CREDIT, a long-standing Kiva partner.
