All of the committee members engage in independent businesses involving sales, producing charcoal, raising animals, and other trades. They have developed a close group that is capable of working together in activities that strengthen their friendship. The committee is in its second loan cycle and eager to move forward as a group.


Sra. Marina raises and sells pigs. She has been in this business for a long time. Even though she had to work extremely hard in the beginning, Marina was able to gain customers over time and develop a good reputation in her business. This has helped her overcome the competition. She is requesting a loan to buy balanced feed and medicines for her pigs. Marina wants to attract more customers, so she needs to maintain the level of quality in her products.

El comité “La Esperanza” se formó con la unión de varias vecinas de la ciudad de Chore - Santaní. Todas las integrantes del comité desarrollan actividades independientes, como son las ventas, fábrica de carbón, cría de animales, etc. Las integrantes formaron un grupo muy unido y capaz de realizar conjuntamente actividades que fortalecen su compañerismo. Este comité está pasando en el 2do. ciclo con muchas ganas de salir adelante con este grupo.
La sra. Marina se dedica a la cria y venta de cerdos, es un negocio que adoptó desde hace mucho tiempo, pues a pesar de que al principio le costó mucho trabajo, con el tiempo fue ganando clientes y buena reputación en el negocio, lo cual le ayudó a superarse dentro de la competencia.
Ella solicita el préstamo para poder comprar balanceados y medicamentos para cerdos, pues quiere ganar mayor cantidad de clientes y necesita mantener el nivel de calidad de sus productos.
