Her dream is to have enough capital funds to reinvest rapidly and to generate more income with the increase her sales. But in the meantime she endeavors to maintain her business independently at 73.25% and a profit margin of no less than 35%. She also works to respond to her clients with responsibility and with quality products.

Diva Esther P. tiene 67 años y vive en el barrio "Los Caracoles" de la ciudad de Cartagena, donde se dedica a la venta de mercancías variada, como cosméticos, electrodomésticos de marcas reconocidas y ropa en general, actividad con la que ha logrado sacar a su familia adelante gracias a su trabajo, pues es una mujer viuda y madre de 4 hijos, hoy en las edades de 30 a 45 años. Inicialmente trabajó de empleada de una familia y luego lo hizo independientemente vendiendo productos puerta a puerta, impulsada por una amiga, de esta manera construyó su propia clientela y hoy la buscan en su casa para comprarle productos, pues ofrece crédito y contado a buenos precios.
Este es su primer financiamiento con la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo y con él comprará mercancías variadas, como cosméticos, ropa para damas, aprovechando la temporada de incremento de sus ventas con motivo de la celebración del día de las madres, fecha en la cual sus clientes quieren homenajear a todas las mujeres de las familias que son madres, mediante el obsequio de detalles que solo Diva sabe escoger y venderles. Su sueño es tener un capital suficiente para rotarlo rápidamente y ganar más dinero con el incremento de sus ventas, pero mientras esto ocurre, ella se esmera en sostener su negocio con una autonomia del 73,25%, una rentabilidad no menor de 35% y responderle a su clientela con responsabilidad y calidad en la venta de sus productos.
