Afgan O. is 25 years old. He lives in the village of Seidigodjalo, Marneuli district, with his mother. The only source of income for the family is agriculture. Afgan and his mother have a plot of the land where potatoes are grown. Also, they own greenhouses where cucumbers and tomatoes are grown. The products are sold locally. Total income for the family amounts to 1200 laris per month.
Afgan requested a loan from Credo, as he plans to purchase fertilizers for his greenhouse. After the land is fertilized, the family will get more and better quality vegetables and sell them for a more convenient price. With the increase in income, Afgan and his mother will renovate their house in order to improve their living conditions.
