The Luchadoras (Fighters) Group has completed more than two loan cycles with the Fundación Paraguaya. The majority of its members already have profitable businesses, but six of the women recently began their businesses.

Mrs. Nelly works selling clothing. It is an area where she has worked for about 10 years. She has discovered that if she offers very good quality products, her customers return and they become faithful clients. In this way she has earned a very good reputation. She desires to stock more products and is asking for a loan to buy clothing, such as pants, T-shirts, tank-tops, skirts, towels, etc.

El comité “Luchadoras” tiene más de 2 ciclos de trabajo con la Fundación Paraguaya, la mayoría de sus integrantes ya realiza actividades productivas, pero incluyen entre sus integrantes a 6 señoras que emprenderán recién sus actividades.
La sra. Nelly se dedica a la venta de ropas, es un rubro en el cual está desde hace una década aproximadamente, pues ha descubierto que si se ofrece muy buena calidad de productos, los clientes se vuelven usuarios fieles de estos, por eso se ha mantenido con buena reputación dentro de este ámbito.
Ella desea poder ampliar su stock de productos, por eso es que solicita el crédito, para poder comprar ropas como pantalones, remeras, camisillas, polleras, tohallas, etc.
Las mujeres de este comité son todas muy trabajadoras, que poseen la esperanza de poder ir aumentando su calidad de vida, de poder adquirir un mejor futuro para sus familias, ellas confían plenamente en que podrán recibir la ayuda de Kiva.

In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
