Fatoumata
Ms. Fatoumata Sangaré is a 30-year-old married woman and the mother of one child. For years she attended Koran school but dropped out when her parents were stricken by poverty. Fatoumata, who is on her first loan, joined the loan program of the micro-finance institution Soro Yiriwaso through her mother-in-law. She intends to use her loan to buy a major quantity of merchandise for her shop. She gets her supplies in Bamako and in Bougouni. Accepting cash or credit, she makes her sales retail to a diverse and varied customer base.

With this loan, she plans on making a monthly profit of 60,000 francs CFA. With the profits, she envisions expanding her shop.

Madame Fatoumata Sangaré est une femme mariée de 30 ans et mère d’un enfant. Elle vit dans une famille nucléaire, avec son enfant chez son époux dans le quartier Dougounina de la ville de Bougouni.
Pendant des années elle fréquenta l’école coranique, qu’elle abandonna suite à la pauvreté de ses parents. Afin de s'insérer dans la vie active, elle s’intéressa aux activités génératrices de revenus notamment à l’achat vente d’articles divers de boutique qu’elle a appris auprès de son petit frère. Avec une expérience de 2 ans, elle maîtrise son activité et est très sollicitée.
Fatoumata, qui est à son premier prêt, intègre le programme de crédit de l’institution de microfinance de Soro Yiriwaso à travers sa belle mère.
Elle compte utiliser son prêt pour acheter d’importante quantité de marchandises pour sa boutique. Elle s’approvisionne à Bamako et à Bougouni, et effectue sa vente en détail au comptant et à crédit à une clientèle diverse et variée.
Avec ce prêt, elle compte réaliser un bénéfice mensuel de 60 000FCFA Avec ce bénéfice il envisage agrandir sa boutique.
