Mrs. S. buys and sells sweets to college students outside of UNAN-Leon (Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Leon). She has had her own business for 10 years, having started with a sum of C$800.00 from her personal savings.

Her business started as a wooden table on which she sold drinks, bread, and sweets in locations outside of the university, where she was exposed to the sunlight and car traffic because she had to walk across the highway.

Mrs. S. is a great example for women because she is a mother and a widow, and in spite of this, she has been raising her two children through much sacrifice and hard work in her business.

Mrs. S. has received the support from Ceprodel for 2 years now, with a total of 12 loans, which have allowed her to increase her sales volume and thus her income.
