Desde hace 16 años que tiene este negocio como es la venta de destace de res, la ubicación de su negocio es en la terminal de buses, en donde transitan varios clientes de Elvira buscando una gran variedad de carnes. Ella tiene varios financiamientos y todos han sido destinados para mejorar su negocio. Actualmente ella solicita este financiamiento para capital de trabajo que será destinado para la compra de hueso, ubre, carne molida, lomo, entre otros tipos de carnes. Su deseo es mantener esta actividad económica ya que en estos tiempos es muy difícil porque hay mucha competencia.
