Mrs. Roeun is married to Mr. Tha. Both of them are farmers who own a small piece of land where they grow rice. Some of the rice is sold and some is kept for the family. Mr. Tha is a palm juice collector. They can only earn a small income although they work hard.
Mrs. Roeun would like to ask for a loan to buy a cow for breeding to start a new business. This couple has two children who are grocery sellers and who earn a low salary.
