Mrs. Phum E., 58, is a widow and lives with her four children in a part of Siem Reap province, Cambodia. She stays at home cooking food for her children, while one of them works moving earth bought from the people in his arE. and resold for a good profit, earning about $8/day in revenue. Another one of whom is employed at a factory making $2 each day and the rest of them are unemployed. Mrs. Phum E. hopes to use this loan to purchase a loading tractor for her son so that it will make his business of transportation much further faster and easier.
