Rosa C. es socia del banco comunal San Vicente, vive en la comunidad de San Vicente que pertenece a la parroquia de La Victoria del Portete, este lugar es de clima frió, su gente se dedica a la ganadería, agricultura y muchos salen diariamente a la ciudad de Cuenca a laborar en diferentes actividades.

Doña Rosa tiene 50 años, es casada y tiene 4 hijos de 28, 25, 22 y 11 años de edad, sus dos primeros hijos han migrado en busca de un mejor futuro, su tercer hijo estudia en la universidad y su ultimo hijo en el colegio. Su esposo también se encuentra en el extranjero, con el sacrificio y trabajo conyugal han logrado construir su casa propia.

La Señora. Rosa se dedica al bordado, esta actividad la realiza hace 28 años, trabaja en su casa de lunes a sábados sin un horario fijo. También se dedica a la cría de vacas, borregos y cuyes que son para su consumo y para la venta.

Se encuentra en el banco comunal hace 5 años y su nuevo crédito lo va a invertir en la compra de telas, hilos y en el arreglo de su máquina de coser.

Su meta es construir una nueva casa para sus hijos.
