Ibrahim is a 48-year-old married man living in Sierra Leone near the town of Kissy. He has three children ranging in age from 5 to 18 years old. Three of them currently attend school.
Ibrahim has been running his business for three years now. He sells electrical appliances at his store. His primary income comes from the sale of electrical appliances. He says that the main challenge to his business is fragile goods.
This is Ibrahim's first loan with BRAC. He has now requested this loan to expand his business. He says that the extra income from this loan will help him generate more profit.
Ibrahim has plans for expansion in the next 5-10 years. He says this loan will enable him to purchase more appliances.
