Enkhtur B. is 40 years old and lives with his wife and two children in Erdenet, the second biggest city of Mongolia. They all live together in a wooden house, which he built recently. His older daughter attends a local secondary school and the younger son attends kindergarten.
Enkhtur has operated an auto repair service and a tire repair service for the last three years. He has gained much experience. He has a small garage. The garage is currently unsuitable for working in cold weather. He is planning to make it warm by putting some insulation into the walls and fitting a local heating system.
Enkhtur is a very optimistic person and he has been working hard to achieve. The loan he is seeking will be used to buy insulation and building materials to finish his house and to complete the garage.
