C. de 57 años es un hombre que vive en San Jacinto, municipio del departamento de Bolívar con su esposa y tiene 3 hijos que están en las edades de 32 a 35 años que en la actualidad viven de manera independiente, lograron estudiar y están casados. Julio Cesar inició su negocio debido a que no encontró un empleo formal que le permitiera generar ingresos, fue así como vio la oportunidad de negocio, en la venta de minutos, celulares, accesorios y en un principio también se dedicó al comercio de productos agrícolas. Su meta en la actualidad es ampliar las ventas de minutos e invertir en compra de celulares porque muchos clientes se quieren modernizar; mientras Julio Cesar sigue en su paraguas ofreciendo el servicio de telecomunicaciones, que le proporciona un porcentaje de ventas no inferior a un 29%. Está aplicando a su credikiva, primer financiamiento que hace a la Fundación Mario Santo Domingo pues quiere ampliar su capital de trabajo, con el comprará celulares y accesorios que tiene encargados.
