The ”VENCEDORAS” (Winners) community bank are starting out on their second loan cycle with our Villa Adela regional office. This group has nine members and Elizabeth is the president of its board of executives. The businesses that the ladies are engaged in are all different. They include selling meals, selling CDs, selling cosmetics, selling fruit, selling coca leaf, selling clothes and running a liquor store.

The president, Elizabeth, is 44 years old and a single mother with one daughter. She has been working with Pro Mujer for 14 years and her business is selling CDs. She works in her business every day, together with her daughter. She acquires her merchandise in Desaguadero, a town which is located on the border between Bolivia and Peru. She sells her CDs on Avenida 6 de Marzo in Santiago II and in Horizontes.

Elizabeth plans to use the loan she has requested to buy "CDs and DVDs". This will help her to improve her product sale. When we asked her what she most likes about Pro Mujer, Elizabeth replied "the training".

La Asociación Comunal ”VENCEDORAS”, está iniciando su segundo ciclo en el Centro Focal de Villa Adela. Esta asociación comunal cuenta con la participación de nueve integrantes. La mesa directiva tiene como presidenta a la señora Elizabeth. Los negocios de las señoras son diferentes, entre ellos tenemos venta de comida, venta de CD’s, venta de cosméticos, venta de fruta, venta de coca, vena de ropa y licorería.

La presidenta, la señora Elizabeth es una mujer de 44 años de edad, soltera, madre de una hija. Esta trabajando con Pro Mujer 14 años, con los que ha continuado su comercio de CD’s, trabajando diariamente con su hija. La mercadería la consigue de Desaguadero, población que se encuentra en la frontera de Bolivia y Perú; estos CD’s los vende en la Av. 6 de marzo, en Santiago II y en Horizontes.

Con el monto de crédito solicitado piensa comprar “CD’s y un DVD” y con ello mejorar la comercialización de sus productos.
Cuando le consultamos qué es lo que más le gusta de Pro Mujer, la señora Elizabeth responde la capacitación”.
