Like many women in her town, Mrs. Kossiwa Yao’s principal activity is the transformation of palm nuts into cooking oil. She is 28 years old, married and the mother of 5 children. She has been practicing this activity for the last 10 years. She contributes to the family’s expenses with the income from her business.
She receives orders from surrounding villages. In turn, she goes to the surrounding villages and buys palm nuts. She brings them back to Amoussoukopé and using old fashioned methods, she extracts the oil to fulfill her clients’ needs. She masters her activity.

Elle exercrce cette activité depuis 10 ans. Elle participe aux charges de la famille par le revenu de son activité.
Elle reçoit des commandes des villes environnantes. A son tour elle va dans les villages environnants achète des noix de palm, les ramène à Amoussoukopé et par la méthode artisanale elle extrait de l'huile pour la satisfaction de ses clientes . Elle a la maîtrise de son activité
