Like many women in her town, Mrs. Kossiwa Yao’s principal activity is the transformation of palm nuts into cooking oil. She is 28 years old, married and the mother of 5 children. Elle reçoit des commandes des villes environnantes. A son tour elle va dans les villages environnants achète des noix de palm, les ramène à Amoussoukopé et par la méthode artisanale elle extrait de l'huile pour la satisfaction de ses clientes . Elle a la maîtrise de son activité
