Miryam is a single mother with two school age children, and currently serves as president of the community group “Nueva Integración” which has 9 members who are engaged in diverse retail businesses. Miryam has worked selling wine for three years, out of necessity to provide for her children since she divorced. Through her hard work, she has provided a better quality of life for her family, and has built her own house and educated her children thanks to the income from her businesses. In order to grow her business and increase sales of wine, she seeks this credit to buy product inventory for resale. Miryam is confident she will achieve her goals and the loan from Edaprospo will be of great benefit.

This is a Group Loan
In a group loan, each member of the group receives an individual loan but is part of a larger group of individuals. The group is there to provide support to the members and to provide a system of peer pressure, but groups may or may not be formally bound by a group guarantee. In cases where there is a group guarantee, members of the group are responsible for paying back the loans of their fellow group members in the case of delinquency or default.
