Moses owns a barber shop, where he provides hair cutting services to the local people in Kisumu. He has been in this business for one year and says that it is profitable. The major challenge he faces is lack of good shaving machines. However, he works very hard to keep his business going well. He is using his loan of KES 20,000 to buy shaving machines to provide better service to his customers, thus expanding the business. He hopes that in the future he will open a classic barbar shop in Kisumu. He describes himself as having good customer care.
