Guillermina D., who lives in the 5 ½ km Monday area in the Ciudad de Este, contacted her neighbors and friends to form a committee in their area.
The group is named “Kuña Pyapy Mbarete” and includes 19 very active and supportive women who are all from the same area.
They are all involved in different business activities. Some will set out to start new businesses after they obtain the loan. All of them have a steady income, so they will be able to make the payments on time.
Guillermina sells vegetables and root vegetables and in particular, cassava. She has worked in this field for several years and has made some progress due to her efforts and constant perseverance.
She is requesting a loan to be able to buy her products in larger quantities. This way she will be able to obtain them at a lower cost and when she sells the produce she will able to earn a larger profit.

La señora Guillermina D., quien vive en la zona del km 5 ½ monday de Ciudad del Este, contactó con sus vecinas y amigas para formar el comité en la zona.
El grupo se denomina “Kuña Pyapy Mbarete”, está constituido por 19 señoras muy activas y solidarias, todas de la misma zona.
Ellas tienen actividades diferentes, algunas incluso emprenderán una nueva labor sólo después de obtener el crédito, pero todas cuentan con un ingreso fijo, de modo a poder cumplir con als cuotas de manera puntual.
La sra. Guillermina se dedica a la venta de verduras y tubérculos, en especial la venta de mandioca, se dedica a este rubro desde hace ya varios años y ha ido progresando de a poco debido a su esfuerzo y perseverancia constante.
Ella solicita el crédito para poder comprar sus productos en cantidades mayores, pues así conseguiría a costo más bajo y al venderlos obtendría un mayor margen de ganancias.
