Flor, 28 years old, is a hard working woman who has a food sales business. Her specialty is the sale of "tripita", which is a dish made with cow intestines, and salads ( very common in Ecuador).

She started selling tripita with her mother and slowly she began to penetrate the food market and now she has her own business. She works from 3 pm until 7 pm. Every day she transports her food to the Recreo, a place with a lot of people traffic, where she can sell more quantities. To be able to continue with her business and give a good life to her son, she wants to improve her house by using the loan to buy cement, sand and brick.
