El señor Diosnel tiene 61 años de edad, es separado, tiene hijos ya mayores de edad e independientes a él, vive en el barrio denominado Calle Yvate de la ciudad de Itá, posee un puesto comercial en el mercado municipal de la ciudad hace mas de 20 años, allí realiza la venta de diversos artículos como ser bazar, regalos, juguetes, bijouteri y artículos de santería.
Solicita el préstamo en esta ocasión para surtir sus artículos de juguetería con la compra de camioncitos, pelotas, muñecas, mochilas y otros juguetes y artículos de santería.
El señor Diosnel demuestra ser una persona muy seria, responsable y trabajadora, manifiesta que dicha ganas de trabajar lo trae desde muy joven ya que proviene de una familia muy humilde que siempre le inculcó la responsabilidad.
