Lefaima Ah
Lefaima is a seventy-five-year-old widow with sixteen children, and she comes from the village of Afega. She was one of SPBD’s first clients when we started our program in the year 2000. She has had eight loans through SPBD and has fully paid back all of them without difficulties.

Lefaima is a very active woman and is willing to stay in the program for as long as she lives. The financial support that SPBD have provided has helped her in many ways, which she is thankful for. She says that without this support she would never be where she is right now. With her requested loan, she plans to buy a bigger freezer for the ice cakes (popsicles in a bag) which she sells.
