Mrs. Khat S., age 41, is a widow who works selling fruit in Phnom Penh city, earning around $5 each day in profit. She has five children, four of whom are students, and one who is employed at a company, making about $90 each month. This is her second Kiva loan after she successfully repaid her first loan early. She would like to request a loan of $400 in order to continue to expand her inventory by adding more fruits to meet customers' demands.
