The members of the "Mujeres Organizadas" ["Organized Women"] Communal Bank meet every 15 days in the canton of Rocafuerte. It is a place known for the delicious sweets that locals prepare, which are known throughout the country.

This is where we find Ms. Yanis. She is 46 years old, married, and has one 14 year-old daughter who is her life. Her daughter is in her third year of high school and Yanis cares for her very much. Yanis' husband is a merchant. She is the founder of her communal bank and is very happy that, thanks to the loans she has received, she has been able to expand her business.

She and her husband work selling fruits and vegetables. They have a stand in the Tarqui Market in Manta and work every day. He works from 5 AM until 4PM and she starts a little later, when her daughter leaves for school, and only works until midday so that she can take care of her daughter. They buy their merchandise from wholesale merchants that sell in the market and they bring some products from Rocafuerte.

This loan will be used to continue investing in their business of buying fruits and vegetables. Yanis' dreams are to have a store in her house and to see her daughter become a great professional.

En el cantón Rocafuerte se reúnen cada quince días las socias del Banco Comunal Mujeres Organizadas. Este lugar se lo conoce por sus deliciosos dulces que preparan los lugareños y que son reconocidos en todo el país.

En este lugar encontramos a la señora Yanis, ella tiene 46 años de edad, está casada y tiene una hija de 14 años que es su vida y a la cual cuida mucho, ella está en tercer año de colegio. Su marido es comerciante. Ella es fundadora del Banco Comunal y está muy contenta ya que gracias a los créditos a podido aumentar su negocio.

Ella y su marido trabajan en la venta de frutas y legumbres, tienen un puesto en el mercado de Tarqui en Manta, trabajan todos los días, el desde las 5am hasta las 16h00 y ella llega un poco más tarde luego que su hija se va al colegio y solo trabaja hasta el medio día ya que su hija requiere de muchos cuidados, su mercadería la compran a comerciantes mayoristas que venden en el mercado y ciertos productos los llevan desde Rocafuerte.

Este crédito es para seguir invirtiendo en su negocio comprando frutas y legumbres. Sus sueños son tener una tienda en su casa y ver que su hija sea una gran profesional.
