Juan Fidencio
Mr. Juan Fidencio Z. works at a factory and is the father of two young children. He has been building his house little by little and currently wishes to build a bedroom so that when his children grow they will have a bit more privacy. He and his wife decided to ask for a loan from this institution and explain their construction plan and his hopes for finishing. The only thing he needs to do is to put a concrete slab on the roof and he wants to finish before the rainy season begins. After adding on to the home his children will have more space to move around. They will also be able to buy the furniture they need and they will be able to place the furniture inside their home, something they have not yet been able to do as they do not have much space.
