Susan is 31 years old, married and has two children aged seven and ten. She has been running a posho mill business for three years and employs one person to help her in her tasks. She was previously running a salon business. As a member of Kiva partner, Faulu Kenya, she has been trained in good customer care and as a result is able to attract more customers to her business. Susan is determined to grow her business so that she can earn a better income. She has requested a loan of 80,000 KES to buy maize.
