The SAINTE JEANNE D'ARC solidarity group was created on July 15, 2010 in the 6th cycle of the Banc Villageois of the Catholic Women of Sainte Thérèse, to which it belongs. It is composed of ten women from the same church community. The group's main activities are small trade and raising pigs.

Mrs. Élizabeth S. (standing at the far left of the picture and wrapped in a pagne) is the leader of the group. She is 40 years old, a widow, and the mother of six children. She is also responsible for three other children entrusted to her care by her brother. She sells palm oil and beignets. She started this activity long before she became a member of the solidarity group.

Her new loan will allow her to boost production by strengthening her business. Her goals are to provide for all the children in her care, and to increase her savings at the Banc Villageois.
Le groupe de solidarité SAINTE JEANNE D'ARC est créé le 15 juillet 2010 au 6ème cycle du Banc Villageois. Il est composé de 10 femmes qui sont de la même communauté Ecclésiale. L'activité principale du groupe est le petit commerce et l'élevage de porcs/ Le groupe fait partie du Banc Villageois des femmes catholiques de Sainte Thérèse.

Elle fait du petit commerce d'huile de palme et de beignets. Elle mène cette activité depuis longtemps, bien avant qu'elle ne soit membre du groupe.

Son nouveau crédit lui permettra d'augmenter son niveau de production en renforçant son activité

Son objectif est de prendre en charge les besoins de sa progéniture et ceux des enfants qui lui sont confiés. Et de renforcer son niveau d'épargne dans le Banc Villageois
