Luz Elena S. M. de 34 años de edad, es una mujer muy responsable, la cual trabaja muy duro elaborando pupusas, las cuales son una comida típica de este país, que posee mucha demanda. Ella vive junto a su madre, con la cual reside en San Alejo, en el departamento de La Unión. Las pupusas son un platillo, el cual está elaborado de masa de maíz o arroz, y así mismo rellena de chicharrón, queso y frijoles. Con este negocio es como Luz logra salir adelante junto a su madre, es por ello que solicita un préstamo por medio del cual pueda comprar mayor cantidad de materia prima para elaborar más pupusas, y de esta forma aumentar sus ganancias las cuales serán de mucho beneficio para su familia.
