Ila fréquenté l’école jusqu'au niveau des humanites completes. Il est celibataire. Il arrive au 3e cycle dans le crédit Communautaire avec Turame.

Il demande le crédit Kiva pour accroitre son capital en achetant beaucoup d’articles pour sa boutique et les revendre a ses clients dans l’espoir de réaliser de grandes épargnes et ainsi accroitre son business. Il espère arriver au stade d’importer de grandes quantites en provenance des autres pays de la sous-région comme l’Ouganda et ailleurs.
