Emma

Fifty-four-year old Emma, is a self-motivated business woman and mother of five, ages 24, 19, 19, 13 and 10. She is married and resides with her family on an urban location, that is roughly a 7-minute journey from town. Her husband is an electrician and four of her children are in school. She currently sells fresh kava juice to make a living.

Emma established this business four years ago with the primary purpose of providing financial support to her husband and family. Her dream is to build a permanent home for her family. Her current objectives is to increase her juice output to match the customer demand. However, she cannot carry out her plan due to financial restraints.

She is requesting a loan to pay for a large bag of raw kava. With her earned income, she will pay for her household necessities, children's school fees and save money for her future plans. From this financing, she is able to grow her business and provide a good life for her family.
