Manuel De Jesus

Manuel De Jesús, age 68, is in a common law marriage and has 4 children. He lives with his family in the city of Santa Cruz in the department of Cortes. For 15 years he has worked in agriculture growing excellent quality taro. His crops are located in an agricultural area in the same community where he lives. He sells the harvests that he obtains at a local market.

He has been in various loan cycles with ODEF and currently is requesting another loan in the amount of 22,000 HNL to use for the purchase of fertilizers, fungicides, and to pay for labor. With good attention there is better crop yield. His dream is to increase his level of production.
