Alina's story
Alina, 40, is an energetic and hardworking mother of five, four of whom attend school. She is married and her husband is a seasonal worker. She resides with her family in a coastal village at north Efate, which is roughly an hour ride from town. She operates a retail store to make a living.
She started her business specifically to assist her family with their daily needs and wants. Her dream is to grow and sustain her business. Her current objective is to increase her general supply to match the customer demand. However, she is under financial stress.
