This group loan consists of four members who live in Kansaom Khlaeng village in Takeo province. They will each use their portion of the loan for different purposes to improve their families' standard of living. Mr. Sophea O. is the group leader, selected by the other members. He is a construction worker and a farmer who owns a small piece of land where he grows rice to sell to support his family. His wife, Mrs. Srey Sor Choeun, does housework. This couple supports two children who are both too young to work or study. At present, he has a problem because he does not have enough water.
