Sonia Marina

Sonia Marina, age 47, is in a common law relationship and has one child. She lives with her family in the municipality of Santa Cruz de Yojoa. For five years, she has worked growing and selling pineapple on her own land. She sells as a street vendor. Previously she worked as a day laborer on farms.

Now she is requesting a loan from ODEF for 21,000 Lempiras that she plans to invest in planting and growing pineapple. This investment will help her to improve production and the quality of the product. Her goal is to grow in the field of agriculture and to be able to help her family.
