Mrs. Neang S., aged 47, works growing and selling vegetables in the market, earning around $2 each day. Husband is employed at a private company, making around $4 per day. They have four children, two of whom are married and two of whom are students. She would like to request a loan of $600 in order to purchase a motor-bike for her son-in-law to operate a motor-taxi business. This will increase the income of the entire family, raising their standard of living and allowing her to better finance her other children’s education.
