Luis Carlos is 32 years old, married, and has a two-month-old son. He has had a car repair business for eight years now. He buys used or damaged cars, repairs them and then sells them in Ayacucho. Luis Carlos will be using his loan of 2,000 PEN to purchase tools to repair vehicles. He has been a member of FINCA Peru for one year, after being invited by his sister. He is a member of the communal bank "Maria Celeste". He enjoys attending training sessions on business development. Luis Carlos would like to save enough money to buy land to construct his own repair shop, as at the moment he works out of other people's shops.
