Among them we have: crafts (sweater making), sweets sales, clothing sales, neighborhood store, beauty salon, telephone call center, macramé merchant.

Ana María, communal bank President, currently has a business selling sweets in a stand near the “Adrian Castillo” School. She buys the merchandise in “La Tablada” a street located in the city of La Paz where these products are sold at wholesale. She started the business with Bs. 800 and now she’s asking for Bs. 2000 to buy candy, chocolates, cookies and others. For now, she works by herself. She lives with her spouse and two children.

La A.C. “CHAMAMPI SARTSIÑANI” (en idioma aymara: “con fuerza nos levantaremos”) es un grupo que iniciará el ciclo número dos en Pro Mujer, como parte del Centro Focal de Germán Busch, está compuesto por ocho personas.

La asociación comunal “CHAMAMPI SARTSIÑANI” organizó su mesa directiva de la siguiente manera: como presidenta, la señora Ana Maria, también se encuentra como tesorera la señora Cipriana y como secretaria de actas la señora Fabiola. Los negocios que las integrantes de la asociación comunal llevan adelante son variados, tienen que ver con el comercio, con los servicios y la producción. Entre esos negocios tenemos: artesanía (confección de chompas), venta de golosinas, venta de ropa, tienda de barrio, salón de belleza, punto de Telefonía pública, comerciante de macramé.

En el caso de la señora Ana María, presidenta de la asociación comunal, indica que actualmente tiene como negocio la venta de golosinas en un puesto cerca de la Escuela “Adrian Castillo”, compra la mercadería de “la tablada”, calle en la que venden estos productos por mayor, ubicado en la ciudad de La Paz. Comenzó el negocio con Bs. 800.- y ahora su solicitud es por Bs. 2000.-, este dinero también será invertido en la compra de dulces, chocolates, galletas, y otros. Por ahora trabaja sola, vive con su pareja y sus dos hijos.
