Lesbeth

38-year-old Lesbeth, is a mother of four, three of whom attend school. She lives with her family in a rural neighborhood south west of Efate, a 15-minute journey to town. She is married and her husband is a teacher. She earns a living by operating a general store.

Seven years ago, her children motivated her to launch this business in order to provide for her family's fundamental needs. Her dream is to grow and improve her family's living conditions. Her current goal is to enhance the amount of merchandise she has available to satisfy customer demand. However, she is financially strained.

Lesbeth is requesting a loan to purchase merchandise for her store. The earnings from her business will be used to pay her children's school tuition, household necessities and save for the future. With this funding, she is able to grow her business and secure a promising future for her children.
