Gevorg
Gevorg I. is 32 years old and lives in Ijevan City with his wife and his two children. Gevorg and his wife are accountants. In addition to his work as an accountant, in 2006 Gevorg started a workshop where he produces concrete slabs and stairs. He sells most of what he produces to customers in Ijevan City, neighboring villages' building materials stores, and he also takes orders on site.

Gevorg has a mixer, where he mixes sand, cement, and water. After mixing, he pours the concrete into special metal forms and then dries slabs in a natural way. Now Gevorg is asking for a 720,000 Armenian dram (AMD) loan to buy a dryer for the slabs, which will allow him to shorten the period of production time. Thanks to incomes from his cement block and slab business, Gevorg has been able to meet many of his family's financial needs.
