Betsy's story
Betsy is a 46-year-old, married woman and has five children. She is from Malaita Province in Solomon island but she now lives with her family in the capital town, Honiara, in Solomon island.
She runs a small market business selling mix goods to earn a living.
Betsy requested a loan to pay for additional bale of rice, bale of sugar, and mix goods, in order to assist her in running her business.
She will use the anticipated profits to meet her family’s financial needs and grow her business. She joined SPBD in 2023.
